X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometry (XRF)

EDAX

X-ray Fluorescence (XRF) is used to determine elemental composition of a sample. The XRF analyzer measures the fluorescent x-rays emitted from a sample when the sample is excited by a high energy x-ray source. The fluorescent x-rays are then collected and plotted as a spectrum.
